How to resolve not responding excel attachment in outlook 2013

1. Go to “Control Panel”. Select “Programs”.
2. Click on “Uninstall a program”.
3. Now, right click on “Microsoft office 365” and select on “Change”.
4. Click repair button. And close all windows.
5. Open Microsoft Outlook 2013 and go to “File” -> “Options”.
6. Select options menu.
7. Select “Trust Center” and click on “Trust Center Settings”.
8. Go to “Attachment Handling” and click on “Attachment and Document Previewers”.
9. On the drop down, uncheck  “Microsoft Excel Previewer” and then click “OK” button.
10. Click on “OK” again and move out of the options to the main screen.
