How to troubleshoot POP account in outlook 2013.

  1. Click on “File” menu.outlook 2013 1 file option
  2. Select “Account Settings” under “Info” and again select “Account Settings” from the drop-down.outlook 2013 2 account option
  3. Select the existing account and click on “Change”.outlook 2013 3 change setting

  5. Select “Advanced” tab from “Internet E-mail Settings” popup. Change the values, as per your Mail Server  and click “OK”.outlook 2013 5 internet email setting

  7. Click on “Test Account Settings..” button to test the change in settings. If all settings are proper, test result will show “Green” check-marks. Now click on “Close” to continue.outlook 2013 7 process complete
