The Office Hours is a useful feature that informs all callers about the exact working hours of the organization and its employees. The call is routed on the basis of the time, the day or the month when it is made.
Custom messages can be set as ‘default’ responses to incoming calls on the basis of the set working hours, weekends, and holiday schedule. For instance, a caller trying to reach a business on a holiday will be played a message that informs him about the business being ‘closed’ on that day. He is prompted to drop a message on the voicemail or call again during the business hours communicated to him.
