How to insert images in Office 365 signature

  1. Login to Office 365 Outlook 365 1 log in screen
  2. Choose “Outlook” web to access 365 2 outlook app
  3. Outlook web window appears on your screen. Click on “New” and create a new mail with signature added in 365 3 mail with signature
  4. Upload the image you will be using for your signature to a web location. Open the web location, right-click the image and select Copy 365 4 copy image
  5. Open the Office 365 email signature editor, navigate to the part where you want to insert the image and press “Ctrl+V” on your keyboard. An image will be pasted into the Office 365 email signature 365 5 image inserted
  6. Now you can send email with signature and image to anyone.
