How to resolve synchronize issue in Microsoft Outlook 2010.

  1. Go to “File” tab. Select “Option” icon.
  2. Go to “Advanced” option and click on “Send/Receive” button.
  3. Now, Send/Receive Groups window appears on your screen. Click on “Edit.
  4. Unmarked  “Get folder unread count for subscribed folders”.
  5. Mark “User and custom behavior defined below”.
  6. Select Inbox from the selected account to include in send/receive and leave others unmarked. Click OK button.
  7. You can have synchronized folders in your outlook with the help of above screenshots.
